Collaboration

The PTC, in collaboration with the members’ services and communications directorate, will raise awareness of new professional initiatives, while the membership committee ensures effective placement of members in the SHADOW program.

Pilot Run

ICAN-USA District Society aims to establish the FATS and PASS programs as long-term initiatives. However, they will begin as a two-year pilot to assess their effectiveness and value. The programs may be discontinued if objectives are not achieved or prove unsustainable.

Permanency

If the pilot runs of either or both the FATS and PASS programs prove successful, the BOD of ICAN-USA may decide to make the programs permanent upon the approval of the members at an AGM.

National Program

Following successful implementation at the ICAN-USA district level, the FATS and PASS programs may be expanded nationally through ICAN HQ in Nigeria to enhance the Institute’s professional visibility and proactive reputation.
